Alpha Codez is a team from AngloGold Ashanti School in the Ashanti region. The team’s idea is a  Recycle bot, a robotic machine that is designed to sort, separate, and process recyclable materials. The machine uses advanced sensors and artificial intelligence algorithms to identify and categorise different types of waste, such as plastics, metals, and glass. 

Recycle bot will be developed to help streamline the recycling process, reduce contamination in recycling streams, and improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of recycling operations. By automating the sorting and processing of waste materials, recycle bot has the potential to significantly reduce the amount of waste.
