The Lifeguard is a team from Atomic Hills 2 Basic School in the Greater Accra Region. The team wants to develop The Lifeguard device. It is a device that will detect when a person is drowning and send a signal to an alarm system in real time.

This device will also send a message to a mobile phone app in a form of a call. This device comes with a motion detector which will detect a slight change in movement of the water in a swimming pool. It will also come with a sensor to detect a change in the density of water in a swimming pool.
