Team Dalton is a team from St. Agnes R/C JHS school in the Eastern Region. The team wants to support people with hearing impairments to communicate with others easily.

They will be developing a speaking pen, a device with a letter detecting sensor which will be able to pronounce words as a user writes. The team believes that this will serve as a great communication or speaking tool for the deaf and will bridge the communication gap between the deaf and people who hear.
