She is a focused professional exhibiting strong team-working, leadership, training, and creative skills. She is the lead for KidsMakers, which is an initiative under Kumasi Hive that tutors and trains kids in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Education. Bernardine is certified in project management and is a skilled web developer. 

Bernardine’s exceptional project management skills in STEM-related projects have yielded impeccable results across multiple projects such as the ACT Foundation grant, and two U.S Embassy Ghana projects to name a few to train kids in STEM courses.

As a project manager, she has expanded her skills and expertise in the past 4 years. Bernardine has experience in project planning and development, team-leading, project monitoring, and progression, managing finances, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, and project evaluation. Bernardine also makes the best use of her teamwork, analytical and creative skills in developing innovative and creative solutions for her organization and community by seeking challenging opportunities to help her enhance her skills.
