I am a woman in my 40s with a background in science education (biology option), environmental science, climate change, Renewable Energy and innovative challenge using diverse forms of technologies in solving environmental health, water and agriculture issues. I have several experiences in organizing STEM Challenges for pre-tertiary students.
I like encourage students to be assertive, creative and innovative. I work with speed and accuracy but try to give room for criticism and challenging ideas.
Berthy has vast experience in supporting Ghanaian students acquire knowledge and skills in STEM.
